Can I switch plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and process payments securely through Stripe.
Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees, no hidden charges. You only pay the monthly subscription fee plus the transaction fee on sales.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data at any time. If you cancel, your storefront remains active until the end of your billing period, and you can download all your content.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day free trial so you can try before you buy. Due to the nature of our service, we don't offer refunds on monthly subscriptions.
How does the transaction fee work?
The transaction fee is charged on each sale you make. For example, on the Starter plan with a 5% fee, a $100 sale would incur a $5 fee. This is in addition to Stripe payment processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30).
